Futurism 2.0

In my research to find an interesting niche market for my next project, I began reading about Modernist, avant-gard, and Futurist movements. What I read pertained mostly to music, architecture and art. As I thought about it in the context of the present time these movements seem to have a place in the technology evolution. Current trends reject a lot of traditional themes and constantly evolve into “mashups” and “remixes”.

I really don’t have a point here other than it’s sometimes interesting to think about movements or philosophies of the past and give them a modern context.
